Custom Integration

Where the customer needs to optimize performances, size and costs, Optec can provide a dedicated activity realizing custom product and integration, as here reported:

• Designed and produced a very high resolution lens, F55/1.8 with a resolution of 600 cycles/mm, "diffraction limited level".

• Designed and built a special "Dual Projection System for Flight Simulator" that projected two different images using only one optical path .

• Built special "Imaging Multi-Channel Camera Systems" for airborne applications with resolutions up to 2K x 2K with and without cooled sensors, covering the spectrum from UV to near IR .

• Design and manufacture of an optical relay lens product line incorporating high apertures for high resolution and contrast for X-Ray equipment in X-Ray medical field.

• Manufactured custom "Multi-channel Common Aperture Camera ( up to 4K linear and 2Kx3K matrix sensor ) Systems", providing solutions for two, three and four channels with specific wavelength output. Now available in the "autoclavable layout" to reach the 135°C temperature.

• Design of an optical interface for standard lenses available on the market for use with long optical path lengths in glass, such as for optical dichroic prism systems.

• Development of special lenses for Nuclear ambient, to monitorize the Thomson scattering phenomena in the nuclear reactor .

Endoscope and endoscope camera adapter for medical application ( dentist, surgical, ophthalmologic appliocation, retina control, skin analysis, etc....) .

• Development of a standard line of Near IR lenses from 0.9-3mm for infrared system acquisition (material detection, safety and surveillance application, spectral measurement) .

• Design and manufacture of a DVRS (Digital Video Recording System) to archive a big amount of images for any kind of application (Military, medical, industrial, etc...).
